Issue/Introduction

Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) release cadence.

Resolution

There is no hard and fast rule for how frequently we release new DLP versions. 
Generally speaking, we have a new version of DLP coming out every 12 to 18 months. 
MP releases are planned when we have enough bug fixes accumulated to warrant releasing an MP. 
That usually is about 3 to 4 months from the date of a release. 
We may release two sometimes three MP releases for a version of DLP.
