Issue/Introduction

How to enable attaching a .msg file to a ticket.

Environment

CA Service Desk - All Vesions.

Resolution

For attaching .msg file in xFlow
  • Navigate to xFlow Interface >>General >> attachments.allowed-content-types  in SDM 
  • add .msg:application/x-tika-msoffice
  • Restart xFlow Analyst Interface Service
  • Now it should allow you to attach .msg file
