How to enable attaching a .msg file to a ticket.

For attaching .msg file in xFlow
- Navigate to xFlow Interface >>General >> attachments.allowed-content-types in SDM
- add .msg:application/x-tika-msoffice
- Restart xFlow Analyst Interface Service
- Now it should allow you to attach .msg file
