Not having enough licenses for the currently managed machines.
Exceeding licenses will not allow the processing of incoming NSEs sent for items like Inventory or Patch information.
For example, all machines that report Inventory before and up to the license limit will continue updating their Inventory as per the Inventory Policy schedules.
Systems that report Inventory at the moment or after the count is exceeded the Inventory will be discarded by the SMP Server.
