Getting a massive amount of alarms for Devices monitored by SNMPCollector saying "Device is Not Responding to SNMP Requests"

Network team found that Time To Live Settings should be adjusted.

Release : 20.3.2

snmpcollector probe Ver: 4.04

There is not such type of parameter "Time to live" which can be configured through the snmpcollector probe.

The value of the TTL is associated with the SNMP agent’s of the given devices generating the alarms. Therefore it could be possible that within given timeout, the snmp agent of the device is not able to respond, so suggested to increase the time out to 60000 both at the snmpc profile level and at the probe level.
