Why does OneClick Thick Client and Webapp show different background colors when using the edit screen?

Issue/Introduction

When we are using edit mode in Spectrum OneClick Client and Webapp, we notice that the background color is blue in OneClick, but is black in Webapp and images do not show.  Why are there different background colors as everything else between OneClick and Webapp appear to be the same?

Environment

Release : 20.2.x.  10.4.x, 22.x, 23.x 

Component : OneClick / Webapp

Cause

The issue is with the Webswing that is used for Webapp to convert the java JRE application to HTML 5.

Resolution

The difference is due to how Webswing works in Webapp and is currently being looked into by the Webswing team with no ETA.  Once Webswing resolves this issue in a future release of Webswing this will resolve the problem with Webapp in a future Spectrum release.
