Database Tablespace Summary > "Get Full Report" fails to run

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to run the "Get Full Report" on the Database Tablespace Summary page in the Enforce Console nothing happens. You may also see the report start, but it never appears to finish.

Cause

Windows

A lack of permissions causes this to the "C:\Program Files\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\EnforceServer\15.5\Protect\scripts" 

Linux:

A lack of permissions causes this to the /opt/Symantec/DataLossPrevention/EnforceServer/<version>/Protect/scripts

Specifically, the "SymantecDLP" service user does not have access to this location, and this is where the report should be created. Without access to this location Enforce is unable to create the report.

Resolution

You can resolve this issue simply by granting the "SymantecDLP" service user full access to the specified path "C:\Program Files\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\EnforceServer\15.5\Protect\scripts" or in Linux /opt/Symantec/DataLossPrevention/EnforceServer/<version>/Protect/scripts

Once the user has access to this path, the report should run normally.
