Resolution

A) Test the WSDL connectivity without Automic:

1) open Web Browser
2) enter "http://172.26.206.229:51000/nwa/scheduler~runtime~gate~web/JXBPWebService?wsdl" as address
3) login to the SAP Server with the same credentials you have defined within your connection definition ('CONN.R3.XS1.JAVA', User AUTOMIC)
4) enter password
5) The WSDL must be returned. The end of the WSDL should look similar as the following:

<wsdl:service name="JXBPWebService">
<wsdl:port binding="tns:JXBPWSBinding" name="JXBPWebServicePort">
<soap:address xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/" location="http://vwgsap07.sbb01.spoc.global:50000/scheduler~runtime~gate~web/JXBPWebService"/>
</wsdl:port>
</wsdl:service>
</wsdl:definitions>

6) make sure that the location attribute returned in the <soap:address> tag exactly matches the httpurl of the connection definition.
7) save the WSDL into a text file for the case it is required for further analysis.

B) Test operability of JXBP Jobs without Automic

1) logon to your SAP Server with the web browser
2) navigate to the operations area
3) run a JXBP job (ideally the job for job definition "IdocDBTableCleanupXX"

if A) and B) works as expected:

C) Send the following additional documents to support:
1) Turn on additional trace options within the INI file of the AGENT.
[TRACE]
soap=9
2) Restart the Agent
3) Rerun the Job that fails
4) Send us the Traces and Logs along with the Proof of A) and B)

D) Please answer the following question:
Is there any JXBP job that was successfully executed by Automic or is this the first initial setup for the execution of JXBP jobs?
