Issue/Introduction

"No authentication policy for the user" When trying to log into Process Automation (PAM) after configuring EEM with LDAP.

 

Environment

Release : 4.3.x 

Component : Process Automation

Cause

The user does not belong to PAM groups or the cache has not been removed from the browser.

Resolution

1. Log into EEM Admin UI, "Process Automation Application" as eiamadmin

2. Go to Manage Identities > Users > Search for the user > click on the user> Click on Add Application User  Details> Click on Search > Move group(s) from left to right > Save.

Example:

3. Open an Incognito window (or delete all cache from the browser) > Go to PAM Homepage and log into PAM with the user.
