Cannot Upgrade Identity Manager to 14.4

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to upgrade IDM to version 14.4 but are having an issue with the upgrade.

The upgrade is modifying this file 

E:\Program Files\CA\Identity Manager\install_config_info\Server-location.cmd

and adding \..\.. to the path and preventing the installer to find JBoss.

@echo E:\IdentityManager\wildfly-15.0.1\standalone\deployments\..\..

Environment

Release : 14.4

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

The customer was able to resolve the issue by modifying the file with the correct folder path and set the file  E:\Program Files\CA\Identity Manager\install_config_info\Server-location.cmd read-only.

You should also review the below file and update any old incorrect JBoss/Wildfly path with the correct paths

\Identity Manager\IAM Suite\Identity Manager\install_config_info\iam-suite-installer.properties file
