Issue/Introduction

A transaction threshold fired the correct rule when the limit is reached, but the value on the related Count column didn't increase as expected

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : SYSVIEW

Resolution

These are some conditions that will reset the Count back to zero:

  •  recycle of SYSVIEW STC, or recycle of the CICSDATA subtask in the SYSVIEW STC
  •  using the RES line command on CTHRESH (this action should generate a COMMAND_ACTION record in AUDITLOG showing CTHRESH RESET was issued).
  •  any update/alteration of a threshold on the CTHRESH display
