Issue/Introduction

No CEMWTO1I Message is Produced when invoking  ESM Monitor Policy. This is our first attempt to create and use a policy.  A n ESM Monitor Policy was built, and the following Top Secret change was submitted to invoke the policy:

TSO TSS MODIFY PWHIST(07) 

A Trace and the Policy will be sent for evaluation.

Resolution

It appears that a number of permissions are missing from the CEMSTC. The following are from the security jobs distributed with CEM under CUSTOM.JOBLIB(J00170SA):

TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) MISC1(RDT)
TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) MISC2(NDT)   
TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) MISC8(LISTRDT,LISTSDT)   
TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) ACID(DEFNODES)                
TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) DATA(ALL)         
TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) MISC9(MODE)         
TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) RESOURCE(INFO)  
TSS ADMIN(CEMSTC) MISC5(DCLLIST)

Please add these to the CEMSTC, restart Monitor. This may initially indicate that everything monitored has changed. However, subsequent tests should give the expected results.
