CA Spectrum DX NetOps CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Spectrum we noticed that there is no Default Domain model anymore.  We have added some devices to Spectrum and they are not synchronizing to PM.  Can we simply recreate this folder in Spectrum or should a resync of some sort be done?

Cause

Changes in the code between Spectrum and PM and the versioning.  This was PM 20.2.4 and Spectrum 20.2.7.

Environment

Release : 20.2

 

Resolution

Navigate to the Data Sources in PC and disable the Spectrum Infrastructure Manager.  Enable it and perform a full sync.  The Default Domain model will be created.

If it is noted later that devices do not seem to be syncing from DX Spectrum to DX Netops Performance Management, restart the DX Spectrum OneClick services in the OneClick that is integrated with the Netops Portal
