We have completed our z/OS 2.4 upgrade .
After the upgrade, we faced issues with Email delivery from CA View to CA Spool and to email.
Files were not being processed via Email from Ca Spool.
Issue got solved after recycling CASPOOL.

The ESFLOG showed the following error : -
This is indicative of an environmental issue - not a CA Spool issue - it might be the case that the TCP/IP stack had not initialized completed when CA Spool was started .
Customer confirmed that TCP/IP issues at the time were responsible for this problem.
