Importing new Private Key into HSM fails with an exception -- Module doesn't exist

Issue/Introduction

This is clustered HSM environment. (remote HSM servers)

When try to import the new cert, get a Java Exception (see attached screenshot).

Error message: 

com.ncipher.provider.nCCommunicationException: error (st=-32761): Module 4802-03E0-D947 doesn't exit

Cause

One of the HSM boxes was “down”. This was the box that was the default for our gateways so the error.

Resolution

Set the working HSM box as priority box fixes the problem.
