Some users get an error message when trying to launch eHealth reports from the Spectrum integration.
"Error: eHealth can't access configuration information"
This error can be caused if duplicate user entries exist on the eHealth side using different case.
Please review the passwd file in the $NH_HOME/web/webCfg directory on the eHealth side. If the file has two entries for the the same user using different case, remove the user entry that is not the same as the Spectrum user.
