After upgrading from UIM 9.0.2 to 20.3 (and later to UIM 20.3.3) - when customer logged into the OC, they were seeing:
Error: CABI is not available or accessible
CABI was accessible, and on the IM, all the probe on Primary, OC, and CABI were green with out any problematic log.
Customer had older version of Robot (7.xx) for the CABI and the OC robot- as robot 7.x does not recognize cryptkey functionality.

Upgrading the robot version to 9.33 for both CABI and the OC (Primary Robot already had 9.33 version as part of the UIM 20.3.3 upgrade) - resolved the issue.
