How to disable Escalation Policy and Action Retrying.

Customer wanted to disable the Escalation from retrying when it fails due to a problem with the GD ServiceNow integration.
Steps to disabled Escalation Policy and Action.
In the Administration page, expand CA Service Operations Insight Manager Configuration until you see Global Settings.
In the Global Settings page, go to the Escalation Policy and Action Settings section.
In the Perform Action Retries field, select No.
Recycle the CA SOI Application Server service.
