Issue/Introduction

The customer upgraded the appliance to a new version of Security Analytics and the capture interfaces disappeared.

Cause

The system had additional hardware added that created a non-supported configuration. 

Resolution

The customer removed the unsupported hardware and reinstalled.  The new install configured the system correctly.

Additional Information

Additional hardware should never be added to an appliance unless authorized by Broadcom support.  Otherwise it is unsupported.
