Session Timeout warning message not presented.

Issue/Introduction

Settings in web.cfg (under NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www) are as follows:

Timeout 30

TimeoutWarning 5

BrowserNotifications true

Session times out in 30 minutes and "You have been logged out message" pops up, but Timeout warning is not displayed 5 minutes prior. Tested in Chrome, IE 11 and MS Edge

Resolution

Please contact support for the appropriate fix to download and install.  A future RU update will include this fix.

With the update in place, please note that the following configurations are required:

• The following variable settings in web.cfg must all be set and enabled (read:  not commented out)
  

  Timeout 30
  
  TimeoutWarning 5
  
  BrowserNotifications true

• SSL must also be enabled.  The BrowserNotifications function relies on the existing web browser configuration to allow notifications from web site and operates via SSL.
