UNIXPRIV SUPERUSER.PROCESS.GETPSENT/KILL for SSI regions

Issue/Introduction

While conducting a security review, it has been noted that the instances of SOLVE SSI are granted READ access to the following RACF UNIXPRIV class resource profiles:

SUPERUSER.PROCESS.GETPSENT
SUPERUSER.PROCESS.KILL

However, the product documentation doesn't specify that this access is required for SSI region, although it is required for the NetMaster started task userid. Is this still a requirement for SSI?

Resolution

It was a requirement for NetMaster 12.1, but it's longer valid for NetMaster 12.2
