Issue/Introduction

Using the downloaded R20 GA maintenance PTFLIB the Receive ran successfully, however the Apply Check fails with: 

GIM30209E ** APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD SO12715. REQUIRED SYSMODS FAILED OR WERE MISSING.

Cause

The R20 GA PTFLIB was truncated during the download process.   

Resolution

The previously provided r20 GA .TRS maintenance file was truncated.  A subsequent download of this maintenance file into a much larger allocated .TRS dataset eliminated the truncation problem, allowing for a successful Apply Check and then Apply.
