File Not Replaced When Uploading to the CA XCOM Data Transport Gateway, even though Replace was Specified

Issue/Introduction

When transferring a file to the CA XCOM Gateway and specifying REPLACE for the FILEOPT parameter, I find that the Gateway has created a new file of the same name. The same thing happens when uploading a file to the Gateway.  How can I replace a file?

Resolution

This is the way the Gateway was designed. It is not possible to replace files in the Gateway. A new file of the same name will always be created.
