TSS7250E And TSS7251E Access Denied To CASECAUT(TSSCMD.ADMIN.MODIFY)

Issue/Introduction

PTFs for Top Secret were recently applied and now the following errors are occurring when one user issues the TSS MODIFY command:

TSS7250E 136 J=TSS A=acid TYPE=CASECAUT RESOURCE=TSSCMD.ADMIN.MODIFY
TSS7251E ACCESS DENIED TO CASECAUT <TSSCMD.ADMIN.MODIFY>

The errors are not occurring for other users that issue TSS MODIFY.

Resolution

TSS MODIFY requires either the CONSOLE attribute or USE access to CASECAUT(TSSCMD.ADMIN.MODIFY).
