Error in scheduler and operators

Issue/Introduction

In our new environment while changing the inputs in scheduler we are getting  error and we are not able to check in the scheduler. This is happening for multiple schedulers.

Also sometimes we are getting Time out error randomly for some operator. While sometimes they are running fine.

Resolution

Recommended applying CP01, HF01 and HF02. Waiting for results of testing.
