Issue/Introduction

Could you please help with the following questions?

 

Question 1

If we turn the screen capture ON in AXA (in Manage Apps --> <APP> --> Edit Profile --> Screen Captures), can we disable the screen capture for some of the app screens?

For example, we want to capture the screens and upload to AXA, except user details screen.

 

Question 2

We want to tag an event when customer gets a service call error, with the service response.

Can we filter this event in the dashboard and see the response tagged with the event?

Question 1

If we turn the screen capture ON in AXA (in Manage Apps --> <APP> --> Edit Profile --> Screen Captures), can we disable the screen capture for some of the app screens?

For example, we want to capture the screens and upload to AXA, except user details screen.

 

AXA provides functionality in the Mobile SDK to mark areas of the application with boundaries to declare the screens displayed by the app as private while within those boundaries.  This includes screenshots with PII data.

 

Question 2

We want to tag an event when customer gets a service call error, with the service response.

Can we filter this event in the dashboard and see the response tagged with the event?

 

AXA provides functionality in the Mobile SDK to send feedback information and to populate custom fields which are available as part of the session data.  For more fine grained visualization of this data, the AXA user can use the DX Dashboards capability in the platform to correlate and display the events in a session including the custom data and feedback.
