The Data Collector shows Polling Status Not Connected and no new data is showing up.

No new data is appearing for a Data Collector with Polling Status Not Connected.

Overall Status shows Not Connected



The Data Aggregator and Data Collector are no longer in sync for time.


All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases


The time on the Data Collector and Data Aggregator (as seen with the 'date' command) are not in sync with each other.

Work with your system administrator to correct the time on the system.

Once the time is corrected restart the services on the server whose time was changed/corrected.
