HTTP Status 404 – Not Found Brining Up Web Viewer 14.0

Issue/Introduction

When trying to access the task, getting the following error- HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Output Management Web Viewer

Resolution

404 generally means that .war file was not deployed or problems with the database
In this case, the .war file was not being unpacked, even though Tomcat was set to unpack it.
Deleted and recreated the deployable folder and this resolved the problem.
