Issue/Introduction

Team,

We Migrated our PAM Servers from old Server Farm to new Hosts. After migration everything is up and running but, when we try to access Windows Servers using RDP, it throws error "Cant Decide Access Type". We are in Version 3.4.1.72.

Can you please guide how to fix this issue.

Resolution

1) Go to Configuration :: Logs :: Session Recording

2) Check in the option "Text based recording to the syslog server".

3) Click on Update.

4) Ensure that the change is saved and uncheck the option "Text based recording to the syslog server".

5) Click on Update.

6) Test again

If issue persists share also logs.log from PAM Client and Session Logs saved as csv in Support case.
