Issue/Introduction

We also have the problem, that when installing the client on the computer pv1pwinapp0181
When we want to execute any utility command such as 'hco' or 'hexecp' the following message appears:

The program can't start because mfc120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

And we verify that in the directory where the client is installed there is a file named "mfc80.dll".

Resolution

The mfc120.dll package is include in the Visual C ++ 2013 Redistributable package from Microsoft. Here is a link for the download: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784.  Recommend to download this and install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of this package.
