Broker AIX 7.2 cannot connect with Agent on Windows Server 2016

Issue/Introduction

We have the Server installed on a computer with AIX 7.2
The agent installed on a Windows Server 2016 64-bit computer

The problem is that when we want to verify if the agent is up from the broker the following message appears.

harvest @ ************: / home / harvest # hexecp -rport 35100 -m ************ -prg "hostname" -er /sistemas/batch/harvest/sec/cascm_dpar.pwd -syn
Attempting to log into remote agent ...
connect: Connection timed out
Unable to connect to the agent [************] (PEC ec = 78)

Component : CA HARVEST SCM INFRASTRUCTURE (BROKER/AGENT/PEC/SECURITY)

Resolution

The error "PEC ec = 78) was solved adding the port that we define for the agent in the Inbound rules
