IT Management Suite CMDB Solution

Issue/Introduction

You are attempting to export data from the Symantec Management Console for reporting purposes however when you are trying to create a CMDB Rule, the CMDB solution is generating a notice saying:

CMDB Solution must be installed and licensed before CMDB Rules can be created or edited.

Environment

ITMS 8.1 RU7 and later

Resolution

Make sure Altiris CMDB Solution is installed.

If it is not installed, go to "Install New Products" and select CMDB Solution 8.x RUx
