There are times when assignment hours do not match timesheet hours.
What can cause this?
There are different ways this can happen.
1. WIP adjustments were done to timesheet transactions instead of adjusting the timesheet
2. Additional manual or xogged transactions were done for the assignment causing a mismatch.
3. Time slices got corrupt through no manual interactions.

1 & 2. If manual WIP entries or adjustments were made there will always be a discrepancy. If this was not the intended outcome and timesheets should match assignments, WIP adjustments can be made to fix.
3. If the slices are corrupt this can be fixed using CSTools. Contact Broadcom support to have the issue reviewed and provide the solution.
