Unable to start Policy Manager due a java error

Issue/Introduction

Every time we try to start  Policy Manager there is a java exception , the problem occurs with  any PM version (9.3, 9.4, 10.0 11.x ). 

The following actions did not resolve the problem 

•  uninstall and re-install Policy Manager
•  uninstall and re-install JDK and JRE

 

 

Environment

Release : 10.x 11.x

Component : Policy Manager

Resolution

Delete the ssg.properties file in C:\Users\<youruserid>\.l7tech or clear the whole directory .
