Unable to start Policy Manager due a java error

Issue/Introduction

I have an error every time I try to start a Policy Manager; the problem is the same with any PM version (9.3, 9.4, 10.0). there is  a Java error and the policymanager does not start.

- uninstall and re-install Policy Manager

- uninstall and re-install JDK and JRE

But the error still ocurs .

 

Environment

Release : 9.4

Component : Policy Manager

Resolution

Delete the ssg.properties file in the following directory

C:\Users\<youruserid>\.l7tech

it looks like it is corrupted and the policy manager can not read it.
