ACF2 CHKCERT command with Dataset parameter shows incomplete Chain

Issuing
ACF
CHKCERT USER.CERT1  DATASET('CERT.DATASET') CHAIN 

receives the following messages

Resolution

Chain is incomplete message is received for chkcert chain command with DSN parameter

This is normal if only the user certificate is in the dataset.
If the user cert and signing certauth are in the dataset, the chain will be seen as complete.
