Service Point missing Attachments in Catalog tickets

Issue/Introduction

Some end users are requesting tickets through Service Point, and they are uploading attachments but these attachments are not getting into the request.

Resolution

To attach a file in a Service Catalog ticket, it's mandatory to also add a comment and click on Post (Nota in the Spanish language) button to add the attachment to the ticket. If you don't click on the Post button after adding the attachment, the file won't be added to the ticket after submitting the request in Service Point.
