Receiving removed-instance REST API response for existing alarms in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

Hi,

We are getting via REST removed-instance responses from an alarm subscription on alarms that still exist in Spectrum.

Cause

The deleted="false" attribute indicates the alarm was filtered based on the alarm subscription filter in the XML post body. It was not cleared in Spectrum.

Component : DX NetOps Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

The subscription response with deleted="false" indicates that the alarm was filtered out based on the filter criteria in the alarm subscription XML post body. It was not cleared.
