TDM: The CA TDoD Service starts and then stops

Issue/Introduction

After installing Test Data Manager TDM 4.9, the TDoD (Test Data on Demand) service starts and then stops after a few seconds.

Environment

Release : 4.9

Component : CA Agile Requirements Designer

Resolution

To check what could be causing the problem, review the TDoD log:
C:\Grid-Tools\TDoD\TDoD_Service\tdod.log

To configure the TDoD service, run:
C:\Grid-Tools\TDoD\TDoD_ConfigEditor\TDoD_ConfigEditor.exe

Verify the repository connection from the TDoD_ConfigEditor.
Verify that the connection is working OK.
