LID updates on LPAR SYSB or SYSC are seen on LPAR SYSA

Environment

Release : 16.0

Resolution

Problem was caused by acf2 sysplex processing being disabled.

A review of a SHOW SYSPLEX revealed that ACF2 SYSPLEX processing
WAS DIABLED ON SYSA

issued F ACF2,SYSLEX(START)   to restart the sysplex process.
