How to change the Data Center Security Server Advanced password for users used for the SCSPDB database connection. 

Environment

Data Center Security Server Advanced 6.9.x

Cause

You need to reset the SQL password for a user (scsp_ops, umcadmin) that is entered in the server.xml file for DCS 6.9.x
