Information not shown in MTC-A after Hub Lpar went down

Issue/Introduction

The LPAR where the CCS Message Service Hub task went down, and when it came up information about some LPARS is not available in the MTC-A panels.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : MAINFRAME TEAM CENTER AUTOMATION

Cause

Message Service server lost connection with the hub.

Resolution

Recycling the Message Service servers from the systems that lost connection to the Hub solved this problem.
