Issue/Introduction

MS Planner traffic does not appear in CloudSOC Investigate or sent for content inspection.

Resolution

See Supported Gatelets objects and Activities for supported gatelets and activities.

O365 Planner and other services not listed in the above tech-note are currently not supported by the existing Gatelets.

A support ticket can be used to add additional customers details to feature request ISFR-1658

Additional Information

- O365 Sharepoint and OneDrive are fully supported. if the contents are stored in those two location then the contents will be scanned (which is the case for most of Microsoft SaaS Apps).

- Defining a Custom Gatelet in Cloudsoc is always an option , please review the article for more details.
