Issue/Introduction

Dollar Universe fails to start with the following error message in the universe.log.

The Dollar Universe is installed on NAS storage.

The error message(Error 5) is coming from the operating system which could mean some permission issue on the file system(NAS storage) where the Dollar Universe is installed. Please check with the UNIX Administrator since the error message indicates an issue with NAS storage.
