Clarity PPM On Premise STARTER PACK-CLARITY PPM

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run Advanced reporting, you keep getting an HTTP Status 404 error message.

Resolution

Check if you able to access the Jaspersoft server outside of Clarity, and restart Jaspersoft 

Additional Information

If any recent changes on the Jaspersoft server, ensure those have been submitted correctly and you have run the SyncPPM command. (See: Jaspersoft Commands in accordance with Clarity version)
