In New UX the login error message is in the English language inspite the locale set to non-english language in Account

Issue/Introduction

Clarity Language and Locale is set to Non-native language however the error message upon login is showing in English language.

Clarity application uses  combination of browser and operating language to show the login page in the correct language hence , it is not only depended on Clarity account local language setting but also in browser and operating system  language setting.

 For example:-you add a resource with a non-English native language and require a password change at first login. The window for the new password can appear in English, rather than the language selected by the resource. The information about a new resource, including language, is not stored until the initial login has been completed with the new password."
