Information and Label field do not show special characters

Issue/Introduction

When setting U_FMT_INFO to "U" (to get the Uproc "Label" content into the execution "Information" field, the special characters such as french accents won't be displayed correctly.

How to reproduce :

• Make sure that you node is currently set in "French" (Node settings/Language)
• Setup the U_FMT_INFO field to get the Uproc label content in your values.xml file :
  <var id="U_FMT_INFO">U</var>
• Create a simple Uproc (echo "Hello")
• Execute the Uproc
• In the Job Runs, check the "Information" field and "Uproc label" field for the corresponding execution
