View Details returns no results in the cube viewer for the cube SEP Exception Policies

Issue/Introduction

When creating views of the cube SEP Exception Policies in the cube viewer in the IT Analytics console, a cube view properly returns data but displays no results when you right-click on the measures total and select View Details. Removing any one of the dimensions selected as a detail (e.g., Exception Item - Value) corrects the behavior.

Cause

This issue is caused by a defect in the definition of the SEP Exception Policies cube.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in IT Analytics 2.9.2.
