Writing to a new CA Endevor ELIB getting a C1LB011E error

Issue/Introduction

Created a new Endevor ELIB Listing library and getting the following error attempting to write a listing to it:

      C1LB011E ENDEVOR LIB PAGE #    36000 OUT OF RANGE  

 

Environment

Release :  18.0 18.1

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Cause

The ELIB was not initialized.

Resolution

Ran the BC1JNLIB job in the CSIQJCL to delete and define, and initialize the ELIB.

* The file is corrupted and unusable - no need to back it up.
