ACF2 setup for advanced authentication minframe job MAABURAD failure

Issue/Introduction

Hi

Trying to insert the radius server details in to ACF2 using the supplied MAABURAD job. 

SET                                           
factorID:RADIUS_RSA                           
hostName:FQDN of server   
Secret:"the key"                     
authPort:1812                                 
acctPort:1812                                 
origName:FQDN of the sysplex       

The job fails with

MFA30091 - SET Unsuccessfully Completed.                       
MFA30092 - SAF rc= 8, RACF rc= 8, RACF rsn=12, MAABURAD rc=0

To be able to run MAABURAD, access is required to facility resource..
