Issue/Introduction

The customer is having a problem after applying a hotfix HF-DE436262-20191101-0001.tgz.gpg. The IP portal page is showing blank while launching using firefox as below.  It is working fine with Internet Explorer and Chrome.

 

This is the admin portal:

 

 

The below hotfix is needed to fix the error exception not showing in the forgot password.

Resolution

The Engineering team has provided the latest hotfix HF-IP-DE493341-20210216-0001.tgz. This is should be applied on top of it.

Applied hotfix and now able to launch IP Portal Admin page using Firefox successfully
