Issue/Introduction

How to enable pop-up notifications on WSS Agent when a file is block because of a policy violation?

Resolution

A configuration option for WSS Agent is now available in the WSS Portal to enable block notification services (BNS). To enable this configuration option perform the following steps.

• Login to WSS portal as an administrator user
• Browse to Connectivity--->Setup and Configuration--->WSS Agent--->Select "Enable block notifications". See screenshot example below:

Please make sure, the pop-up notification is allowed for WSS Agent on Windows OS or MacOS.
